Get ready to cast a line and discover the joys of fishing on the James River with our Get Hooked! Fishing Clinic! Designed for youth ages 8-12, this half-day adventure is the perfect mix of learning and fun. Participants will gain hands-on experience with rod and reel basics, setting up tackle, and techniques for landing fish, all while building confidence and outdoor skills. After an afternoon on the water, anglers will gather around a campfire to enjoy classic s’mores and share stories from the day. It’s an unforgettable way to connect with nature, learn a lifelong skill, and make lasting memories!
