Havana Nights: A Cuban-Inspired Cooking Experience

Step into the warmth, rhythm, and bold flavors of Cuba during Havana Nights, an immersive, hands-on cooking class celebrating classic Cuban cuisine. Guided by our chef, guests will explore the vibrant ingredients and techniques that define Cuban cooking- bright citrus, aromatic spices and irresistible sauces. Participants will learn how to prepare traditional favorites while mastering key skills such as marinating, layering flavors, pressing the perfect Cubano, and crafting a silky, citrus-forward mojo drizzle. The evening is designed to be both educational and relaxed encouraging connection, creativity and plenty of tasting along the way. Set to the sounds of Cuban music and finished with a shared meal, Havana Nights is more than a cooking class, it is a culinary escape to Old Havana!
