Transport your taste buds to North Africa with this spice-filled evening of Moroccan cuisine. Learn to prepare a fragrant Chicken & Preserved Lemon Tagine, paired with Saffron & Herb Couscous, a vibrant Moroccan Carrot Salad, and a zesty Moroccan Lemon Cake for dessert.

A Night in Paris - Une nuit à Paris (Wednesday, October 22nd) 6:00-8:30 PM

Experience the charm of a French bistro as you master timeless Parisian dishes. This elegant class features Salade de Chèvre Chaud, classic Steak Au Poivre with Herb Roasted Potatoes, and delicate strawberry Crêpes dusted with powdered sugar.

The Coastal Table: Seafood & Homemade Pasta Night (Wednesday, November 12 th ) 6:00-8:30 PM

Dive into a coastal culinary experience that blends the best of the sea with the art of fresh pastamaking. Start with creamy Burrata topped with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Basil Oil, then craft Seasonal Seafood Pasta from scratch, served with your choice of Garlic Cream or Tomato-Wine Sauce. French Crêpes 3 Ways (Wednesday, November 19 th ) 6:00-8:30 PM

Highland Comfort: A Scottish Dinner Experience (Wednesday, December 10 th ) 6:00-8:30 PM

Warm up with the hearty flavors of the Scottish Highlands. This comforting menu features a velvety Leek & Potato Soup, classic Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, crisp Roasted Potatoes, and sweet HoneyMaple Carrots & Parsnips. End the evening on a buttery note with Traditional Scottish Shortbread.

Spice Route: Intro to Indian Cuisine (Wednesday, December 17th ) 6:00-8:30 PM

You’ll learn to prepare rich and creamy Butter Chicken, hearty Chole (Chickpea Curry), and fresh, fluffy Naan Bread from scratch.
